To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, a refundable security deposit is collected at check-in.
Amount: S$300 per month (or part thereof)
Payment: Cash only
Refund: During check-out, after room inspection
Refund method: Same mode as collected
The deposit is used only to offset any incidentals, such as damages, missing items, smoking recovery, or excessive cleaning. If no such charges apply, the deposit will be fully refunded.
