Parking at Oxley Thanksgiving Residence

Residents at Oxley Thanksgiving Residence enjoy the convenience of on-site parking right within the property - secure, accessible, and ideal for both short and long term stays.

Parking Options

Complimentary Parking: One (1) lot per apartment booking, subject to availability and management approval.

Additional Parking: S$10 per car per day.

Registration Procedure

To ensure smooth access, guests are required to register with our Front Desk before using the car park.

Gantry Access Device & Deposit

A gantry access device will be issued upon registration.

A S$50 deposit (via card or cash) is required and will be forfeited if the device is lost or damaged.

Important Notes

Parking is at the vehicle owner’s own risk.

The Residence will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

In the event of a police investigation, the Residence will fully cooperate with the authorities.
