House Rules & Guest Information

Amenities & Guest Services

At Oxley Thanksgiving Residence, we aim to provide thoughtful amenities and convenient services that make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The following facilities are available to all registered guests during their stay.

Drinking Water

  • Each guest receives 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water upon arrival.

  • Additional bottles are available at $1 each.

Printing Services

  • ​Printing is available at Reception at $1 per page.

Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping service is provided once every 4th day of stay.

  • Additional or special cleaning requests can be arranged through Reception (charges may apply).

Coffee & Tea Station

  • Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the Cozy Room.

  • Kindly bring your own mug when collecting your drink.

Linen, Towels & Amenities

To ensure consistency and sustainability in our service, the following items are provided according to standard allotments:

  • Bath Towels: 3 pieces per apartment per day

  • Floor Mat: Replaced only during scheduled housekeeping service

  • Tissue Box: 1 per apartment, replenished during scheduled housekeeping

 

Guests who require additional replacements outside the scheduled housekeeping service are encouraged to use the in-room washer/dryer for personal laundry needs.

 

This policy helps maintain hygiene standards and fair usage for all residents. Excessive or repeated requests for complimentary replacements beyond these limits may be chargeable or declined at management’s discretion.

In-Room Kitchenette

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette for your convenience. We provide the essential appliances and tools so you can prepare meals comfortably, including:

  • Full-size Refrigerator

  • Induction Stove & Rice Cooker

  • Kettle & Microwave Oven

  • Basic Cookware & Dining Utensils (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.)

  • 2-in-1 Washer & Dryer

  • Iron & Ironing Board

  • Clothing Rack

  • Electronic Safe Box

  • Hair Dryer

  • Air Dehumidifier

👉 Please note: Cooking ingredients (such as oil, salt, pepper, sauces, etc.) are not provided. However, these items can be easily purchased at nearby supermarkets and convenience stores, all within walking distance.

House Rules

To ensure a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following house rules. These guidelines are in place to protect both our residents and the property, while helping every guest enjoy a peaceful and worry-free stay. Above all, we ask that all guests treat one another, as well as our staff, with courtesy and mutual respect at all times.

Respect & Consideration

  • All guests are expected to show mutual respect and consideration towards fellow residents, visitors, and staff.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

  • In serious cases, management reserves the right to involve law enforcement, and disruptive individuals may be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

No Smoking

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and common areas.

  • A cleaning fee will be imposed for violations. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.

Quiet Hours

  • Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests

Visitors

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

  • Visitors are welcome but must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.

  • For security reasons, kindly register all visitors at Reception.

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items in the apartment.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest’s account.

Safety & Security

  • Please ensure your apartment door is locked at all times.

  • Do not leave valuables unattended; a safe is provided in each apartment.

  • In case of emergency, follow the evacuation instructions posted in your room.

Cleanliness

  • Cooking is allowed only with the provided kitchen appliances.

  • Please keep the kitchenette and common areas clean and free of food waste.

Waste Disposal

  • Dispose of household trash in the designated bins provided on each floor.

  • Recycling bins are available; we encourage all guests to use them responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities, drug use, and disruptive behavior are strictly forbidden.

  • Parties, loud gatherings, or use of sound systems that disturb other guests are not allowed.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability

  • The Residence is not responsible for loss of cash, jewelry, or valuables left unattended in the room or common areas.

  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe.
